Return the Product to Us
To complete your refund, we require the return of the product. Depending on the type of item, you’ll need to send back either the unused portion or the unwanted products.
For honey, please return the unused portion of the product. For non-perishable items including vaginal applicators, wedge cushion, pump, underwear liners, honey plugs and other auxiliary equipment, please ensure they are returned.
