HOW DO I APPLY?

Internal vaginal treatment:

Fill the measuring cup with 8ml of Blackbutt TA35+ Female Intimate Area Honey and carefully load it into the applicator. Lie on your back with a firm pillow under your hips, heels close to your buttocks, and knees bent outward. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina and dispense the honey. If you have a silicone honey plug, insert it afterward. Remain in this position for 45 minutes to allow the honey to flow deep into the vagina. Then, expel the honey by contracting your pelvic floor muscles intermittently for 1 minute. Afterward, wash the applicator with warm, soapy water and let it air dry. Repeat once per day until symptoms improve.

Fill the measuring cup with 5ml of Blackbutt TA35+ Female Intimate Area Honey and carefully load it into the applicator. Lie on your back with a firm pillow under your hips, heels close to your buttocks, and knees bent outward. Gently part the labia minora to expose the urethral opening (located directly beneath the clitoris). Slowly dispense the honey over the opening. Using a clean finger, gently rub the honey around the urethral opening and over the labia if they are also irritated. Remain in this position for 30 minutes to encourage the honey to flow down the urethra before washing off. Repeat twice daily for 1 day and then once per day thereon until symptoms improve.
