HOW TO USE:

Inflate the wedge cushion prior to inserting a treatment. Position under the buttocks/hips to raise your pelvis and help encourage the honey to flow back towards the cervix. Keep the cushion under your buttocks/hips for the full 45 minute treatment duration. The velvet surface helps to prevent the cushion from slipping out of place. 

Tip: inflating to 3/4 capacity can assist with comfort during your treatment.
