HOW DO I APPLY?

Athletes foot/tinea and other pink, scaly, and itchy rashes, including mild eczema and dermatitis:

Mix 1-2ml of Jarrah TA35+ Tinea & Rash Honey in equal parts with your preferred skin lotion and liberally apply to the irritated area. Leave on for at least 45 minutes. Repeat once per day until symptoms improve.

Tip: Mix the honey and lotion fresh before each application (not mixed in advance).

Tip: Cotton clothing can be applied after applying the honey and lotion mixture to prevent stickiness.

Haemorrhoids: 

Fill the measuring cup with 5ml of Blackbutt TA25+ Rectum & Genital Surfaces Honey, then carefully load the honey into the applicator. Lie on your side in a comfortable position, with your bottom leg straightened and your top leg bent towards your stomach. Lift your top buttock and gently insert the applicator tip about 2cm into the anus. Slowly dispense the honey. Clench your buttocks together for 5 minutes and remain lying down for at least 30 minutes, or overnight if possible. The honey will be absorbed by the anal membrane or expelled during your next bowel movement. After use, wash the applicator with warm, soapy water and let it air dry. Repeat twice daily for 3 days and then once per day thereon until symptoms improve.

Tip: If the anus is sore and irritated, apply a small amount of lubricant on the end of the applicator to make insertion easier.

Tip: If the irritated area feels chafed while walking, apply a mixture of honey and sorbolene cream to provide soothing relief and lubrication.
