INSTRUCTIONS

Internal Vaginal Treatment

To begin, fill the measuring cup with 8ml of honey and carefully load it into the vaginal applicator. Position yourself on one of our Inflatable Cushions to recline your hips. This position is essential as it aids in the successful flow of honey deep into the vagina, allowing it to reach and address complex biofilms. Bring your heels close to your buttocks with your knees bent outward. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina and dispense the honey. To minimise leakage and maximise effectiveness, we strongly recommend using one of our Honey Plugs immediately after dispensing the honey.

Remain in this position for a treatment time of exactly 45 minutes. Do not exceed this time. Afterward, it is recommended to expel the honey in the shower by contracting your pelvic floor muscles intermittently for 1 minute. This ensures a hygienic and easy clean-up. Finally, wash the applicator with warm, soapy water and let it air dry. Repeat this treatment once per day until symptoms improve.

External Labia or Penis Shaft Treatment

Prepare the treatment by mixing 1–2ml of honey with an equal amount of your preferred skin lotion. Ensure you prepare a fresh mixture before each application, as pre-mixed solutions are not recommended.
